Introduction

We are excited to present our new landscape design project for a private villa, created in collaboration with designers Nitzan Linton and Tal Bomer from Terassa. We paid great attention to every detail in the visualization to reflect the harmony between nature and architecture. The project includes unique areas: from the entrance to the central pergola, the pool, and water elements. Every space was meticulously designed to create comfort and tranquility.

Below you will find a brief description of each area, its features, and the solutions we used. Discover our approach to visualization, where every detail exudes comfort and harmony. Working with talented designers like Nitzan Linton and Tal Bomer, we carefully considered each element to reflect their unique vision and inspire a new perspective for your project.

Client: TERASSA Outdoor Design
Designers: Tal Bomer and Nitzan Linton

Entrance Area

Our design concept combines elements of classic American style with contemporary modernism. We incorporated classic decorative elements such as cornices and moldings, adding a unique touch of elegance and luxury to the interior. Special attention was given to natural and eco-friendly materials, which not only enhance the property’s status but also align with the ethical and cultural preferences of our audience. The furniture was selected from premium modern collections to ensure comfort and functionality while maintaining a high level of aesthetics.

The Central Pergola

The central pergola is the heart of the project, a place for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. We paid special attention to visualizing spacious seating areas facing the stunning landscape. Every detail, including the stylish bar with a mountain view and the cozy dining area, was meticulously designed by the designers to create an atmosphere of privacy and joy for the entire family. We were delighted to bring their vision to life.

The Pool

The spacious pool, with its wide steps and comfortable relaxation areas, has become the focal point of this project. The design team planned special curtains to ensure privacy, allowing women to enjoy the water in peace. The colorful accents of the flowers and the jacuzzi on a specially elevated platform nearby create a sense of luxury and complete relaxation.

Dining Area

This pool, which both divides and connects the various areas of the project, leads guests to the dining area, where everything has been designed for perfect outdoor meals. A spacious outdoor kitchen and a dynamic Roman pergola add a touch of refinement and elegance to the project.

Decorative Pond

This project includes unique water elements that connect the various areas. One of the central features is a decorative pond with a transparent glass wall, allowing a view of the underwater life. This element, accompanied by a stone waterfall and cozy wooden terraces, has become a true ornament of the project and a source of tranquility and calm.

האזור בין הבתים

In the unique space between the houses, the central water element, a charming three-stone fountain, has become a focal point that brings vibrant energy to the area. Our design team put great thought into crafting this space to reflect the lively energy of water gently flowing over the stones. This oasis of harmony and tranquility is where nature and design seamlessly blend together. Our experts made every effort to present this concept in the best possible way. We used high-quality stone models obtained through photogrammetry to showcase the rocks in the most authentic manner.

Observation Deck

To complete the project, we created a visualization of an elevated observation deck offering a breathtaking view of the entire complex. This deck became the finishing touch, adding even more luxury to the space and providing an opportunity to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape’s beauty.

Introduction

This is the time to discover the new faces of Gadera: the unique approach of the “Gadera on a Stream” imaging project! The new project named “Gadera on a Stream” will be completed, and we are very excited to present the fruits of our labor. The client, Doron Partush Group, approached us with the request to comprehensively solve the marketing sector, with the task of implementing the 3D visualization of interior and exterior design for its new advertising campaign.

At the end of the work, we were left with a feeling of achievement. The partnership with the designer Eldad Mittleman was beneficial and enriching, and the project’s success is definitely much to his credit. We hope to continue and collaborate on future projects!

Interior Design

About interior design Interior designer Eldad Mittleman created this unique concept, which we managed to bring to life through visualization. He developed a vision that combines modernity with the warmth of the village, using bright colors and natural materials that characterize the open and bright space. The result is an inviting and elegant space, which feels innovative and at the same time familiar and comfortable, providing an aesthetic and functional experience to everyone who enters it.

During the development of the visualization, we went through several stages:

  1. Gathering the necessary information and defining the needs.
  2. Integrated work with the designer.
  3. Planning and building the 3D scenes.
  4. Integration of different models: colors, furniture, and accessories. Tests and adjustments to achieve the perfect result.

Architecture

In the process of creating architectural visualization, the first step was modeling, where the three-dimensional model of the building was constructed and designed. Subsequently, in the second stage, corrections and improvements were made according to the needs and comments raised. The lighting test stage was critical to ensure that the light matched the scene and reflected the right atmosphere. Finally, we added human figures to provide scale and illustrate the living and active space around the building, giving a sense of life and dynamism to the visualization.

The kitchen remains the heart of the home, and countertop trends are constantly evolving. Based on our designers’ 3D visualisations, here are five of the most significant trends to watch for in kitchen countertops.

Unique Natural Stone

The client requested a 3D visualization of their kitchen and as we work to bring their vision to life, we’ve noticed a shift towards more unconventional options for countertops. Although natural stone remains a popular choice, there is a growing interest in unique patterns, bold veining, and eye-catching movement. Talented companies such as Kapri by Cianna have showcased stunning natural stone designs that are truly one-of-a-kind, and we anticipate more dramatic and visually striking options to become increasingly popular for kitchen design.

Bold Colour Choices

White countertops have been the standard for the past few years, but in 2023, we see a move towards bolder and darker colours. Our client Keren Or – Noyman has experimented with deep and moody hues like navy, black, and charcoal to create a striking contrast against light cabinetry. Expect to see bold colour choices that add depth and drama to kitchens.

Sustainable Materials

Sustainability continues to be a top priority in kitchen design, and our client Sharon Assaf has embraced eco-friendly materials for countertops. These materials not only look great, but they also offer a unique and conscious element to kitchen design.

Textured Finishes

In 2023, we’re seeing a trend towards textured finishes that add dimension and tactile interest to countertops. These finishes also make it easier to disguise scratches and imperfections, making them both practical and stylish.

Lightgraph - animation of lighting schemes and the order in which sources are switched on.

This animation is a very interesting additional presentation material for a number of reasons:

  • such pictures look extremely impressive and dynamic, and the video will help attract potential customers;
  • will allow to show the customer the features and atmosphere of the room or building;
  • the cost of such animation is much lower than the standard one, since the work is carried out only on one specific angle, and for a low price you can get an interesting short video.

Interesting architectural solutions when building a house are great, but not enough. A greater effect can be achieved by emphasizing the facade with elegant lighting.

High-quality street lighting for a private house is an opportunity to create a special atmosphere of the territory in the dark. With successful lighting design, the territory will look more aesthetic and advantageous than during the day. Experienced designers use outdoor lighting to create original landscape concepts.

With the help of our visualization, you can test different lighting schemes at the earliest stages without expensive investments, and understand which scheme is right for your project.

Idea

You can also recreate the living space with furniture and accessories to model the atmosphere in a more realistic manner.

Please note:

Cinemagraph animation is not an independent product; to create it, first you need to model the object itself, the environment, coordinate lighting and materials. Animation is performed as an additional service to any kind of architectural visualization.

We are pleased to present you a new penthouse visualization project that we made for interior designer Keren Or Noyman.

Keren came to us for two reasons. First of all, she needed high-quality visualizations to present it on a TV show. And the second reason is that Keren needed visualizations to demonstrate the design concept to the clients.

The brief that we received from the designer was for a luxurious penthouse in Ramat Gan. It was a functional and harmonious design in modern minimalist style. The main interior colors are black, white, gray, and some shades of gold. The complexity of the place is that the design should be minimalist but still cozy. See how we coped with the task and what tools we used.

Mudboard

Let's start our story from the kitchen

It is made in a functional and harmonious design in a modern minimalist style. All design elements match each other thanks to the monochrome palette, continuous lines, texture, and customized lighting. The kitchen occupies the entire wall and separates two common spaces. The kitchen is quite large, and it was important to show how it fits in with the rest of the space. Together with the designer we experimented a lot with the color scheme, and in the end we settled on a combination of ebony, brass, and black marble. We made the built-in appliances and an induction oven not too noticeable, which fits into the concept of the kitchen.

The living room

The living room is designed to create a sense of comfort. The designer left an ample amount of free space to create a spacious atmosphere. The center of the living room is a functional bio-fireplace. The main materials of the fireplace are painted wood and a concrete base. The materials logically connect  the living room and kitchen together.

In the evening, it is pleasant to meet the whole family here to watch TV, and the fireplace will make these meetings even more memorable.

A chic corner sofa by Sofa Björn L – Eichholtz and armchairs by Moroso PACIFIC create a sense of cozy space for the whole family. They perfectly complement the overall color scheme, and are very comfortable.

Let's talk about terrace

According to the designer, the terrace should look like a natural corner for relaxation and family time. Therefore, in addition to the terraces, we have developed a landscaping design. We used various types of trees and shrubs placed in boxes along the balcony railing and also decorated the walls and boxes with creepers. In such a place, it is pleasant to relax, receive guests, and cook dinner.

To visualize the terrace, our artist used natural midday contrasting light for several reasons. Firstly, this is the most typical lighting for Israel, and therefore this is the most realistic lighting scenario. Such light gave us the opportunity to demonstrate how elements such as beams, pergola and plants create artificial shadows throughout the terrace.

The pool area is visually separated from the rest of the areas for a more intimate setting with direct access to the interior of the house.

In addition, to show how the terrace will look in the evening, we have chosen three projections together with the designer. Night scenes are an important part of any visualization project and are essential to unlocking the full potential of a project and illustrating how interior design works with different light sources. This gives the designer the opportunity to test different lighting schemes both inside and outside the interior, at no additional cost.

Customer review

Highly recommend! Professionalism, courtesy, patience, accompaniment throughout the entire process until a perfect final result! I enjoyed every moment of the process!!!

To summarize.

You can make sure that with the help of our high-quality visualization, the designer managed to get answers to her questions and achieve professional goals by presenting her project to the general public. And all this is still in the construction phase! We are glad that we were able to participate in such an interesting project and show with the help of visualization what a comfortable life in a new apartment awaits its future owners. It is an ideal marketing asset for all sides of the project.

3D Visualization for a luxury restaurant “Velvet”

Intro

At the beginning of March 2022, we were approached by an interior designer and art director Reut Ravhon with an order to visualize the interior of a new restaurant “Velvet” which she designs. The restaurant will be located in an old building built in 1922 on Nahalat Benyamin 5 in Tel Aviv.

As conceived by the talented designer Reut in the interior design of the restaurant it was important to preserve the features and spirit of the historic building. At the same time, the atmosphere should also resonate with modern design elements reminiscent of international style. The aesthetics of the design will be combined with a rich and elegant palette paired with patterned marble floors and warm oak panels.

Concept

As conceived by the talented designer Reut in the interior design of the restaurant it was important to preserve the features and spirit of the historic building. At the same time, the atmosphere should also resonate with modern design elements reminiscent of international style. The aesthetics of the design will be combined with a rich and elegant palette paired with patterned marble floors and warm oak panels.

We received a presentation with beautifully detailed sketches of the future project and a description of most of the details, and after discussing the project, we were ready to start work.

Purpose of visualization

Reut needed beautiful renders for several purposes:

  • Using photorealistic computer graphics, the designer wanted to immerse the client in the atmosphere of the project and show what the interiors of the future restaurant will look like in reality.
  • Demonstration of Reut’s capabilities as a creative director and designer.
  • Marketing materials for Instagram and social networks.

References and links

The brief we received from Reut was top-notch. It included all the information that helped us imagine the interior design, environment, and atmosphere. She sent us numerous historical references for historical projects and links to 3D models from our extensive library of furniture, decor, and lighting.

Let’s look at some of the materials we’ve received.

Historic building and references of interior design.

A few pages from the presentation that we received

From the designer we received a detailed floor plan with all signed details, below you can see some examples

Materials for the future interior

The basis of the future interior is a lot of wood and marble of warm shades, brass, and decorative marble tiles. The walls are covered with decorative artificially aged concrete. Upholstery in various decorative colors with vintage motifs perfectly matches the interior.

Modeling

After our CG artist reviewed the brief, he began to create preliminary sketches. First of all, he rebuilt the entire model of the future place based on the model that Reut made in Revit. The designer provided some interior models such as bar counter and some pieces of furniture. We used all the models, but upgraded it with the necessary details for realism.

There were no particular problems with the model and within 3 days we were able to move on to the process of detailing, texture mapping, furniture placement and various types of lighting fixtures. It is worth mentioning that at this stage we made dark green wall panels, so that the designer could test her idea of how this color fits with the rest of the textures.

These are the projection sketches that Reut Ravhon sent us.

Light and surroundings

At the first meeting with Reut we decided on the lighting scheme. She liked the lighting scheme resembling rather diffused light, as if the sun is already quite low and part of the light enters through the windows. We also used real photos of the streets that surround the building.

First round of edits

We sent the first sketches for evaluation. After a joint discussion of the result, we made the following changes:

  • Slightly changed the lighting scheme to a brighter one, so that the direct rays of the sun fall through the windows into the room and lay beautifully on the panels and walls
  • Make changes to the models of some rooms
  • Changed wall and ceiling textures
  • Replaced some models and accessories with more suitable ones
  • Replaced some textures on furniture
  • Replaced some bulbs
  • Made certain angle views more expressive

Already at this stage, we began to work on lighting sources, including hidden lighting on the bar counter, the waiter’s counter and the illumination of the bar with alcohol. With its rather complicated design, we had to decide how to place the lighting under the bar counter.
Together, we have achieved this goal.

Second round of edits

Reut really liked everything.

  • She only asked to replace some pieces of furniture
  • Slightly balance light sources and backlights.
  • We have finally resolved the issues of table setting and decor in general

The heart and an important component of this interior is the bar area. We paid special attention to it: we carefully decorated it, made a number of tests of camera and lighting settings.

Conclusion

It was very important for us to show both the soul of the restaurant’s design that Reut came up with and the technical details. We sincerely tried to help Reut in the realization of her creative plans in this amazing project. To show what a combination of modern design with a touch of history could look like. I am sure that future customers of the restaurant will enjoy their visit more, they will come with their family and friends to soak up this atmosphere and enjoy the food prepared with love. We will definitely come to the new restaurant to see how it was realised and enjoy the dishes.

We were very pleased to share with Reut her passion for design, and her professionalism speaks for itself.  The sketches she made was lovely. The visualization process was creative. We acted together as a partners.

intro

3D visualization is widely used by interior designers, and for good reason. This is the best way to show your projects to clients. But the benefits of 3D rendering don’t stop there. Stunning CG images can also serve as high-end marketing tool for professional designers.

Designers work with studios to get photorealistic representations of every area in the house, including, of course, the kitchen. For most homeowners, this is the most visited room. This is the place where people go in the morning to have a cup of coffee, and where the whole family gathers in the evenings. Here people have interesting conversations over good food, share stories, drink and talk about daily events. This room is the heart of any home. So, demonstrating the overall advantages of a kitchen interior is crucial. This is where kitchen design rendering comes in handy.

Homeowners want their kitchen to be not only stylish but also supremely practical. They need to see that the space is designed to their liking. With 3D visualization, they can make sure that all their requirements are met. With 3D visualizations, an interior designer can easily prove to homeowners that their kitchen will be beautiful, functional, and tailored to their preferences. Want to see how it works in practice? Let’s take a look at 6 impressive examples of kitchen design visualizations made by our studio.

1. Classic Italian kitchen interior

Even though our client is from Canada, his work is usually inspired by American classics. But this kitchen is decorated in a classic Italian style. The designer asked us to recreate the atmosphere of a country house for an elderly couple with traditional tastes. Our 3D artist brought the idea to life using luxurious elements such as balustrades and capitals, that would create this mood.

All the details in this kitchen design complement each other perfectly. Exquisite floor tiles accentuate the kitchen island area, while modern bar stools make the interior less heavy. Glass pendants make the atmosphere airy.

Despite the small size, there was enough space for everything. There is enough space for storing groceries, kitchen equipment, dishes, and other kitchen utensils. If the owners of the house decide to arrange a big family holiday, each guest will feel comfortable in this place.

2. Elegant minimalist kitchen

This is a rendering of a kitchen in the penthouse for our client in Ramat Gan. The design is made in a minimalistic style, functional and harmonious lines. All design elements match thanks to the monochrome palette, continuous lines, texture, and adapted lighting. The kitchen occupies the entire wall and separates 2 common spaces. The kitchen is quite large and it was important to show how it fits in with the rest of the space. Together with the designer, we experimented a lot with the color scheme, and in the end we settled on a combination of ebony, brass and black marble. Built-in appliances and an induction oven make them not too noticeable, which fits into the concept of the kitchen

Design: Keren Or-Noyman

3. Modern chalet style kitchen

This kitchen is part of a small private home in northern Israel. Its owners are a young couple who love to travel and collect souvenirs, various vases and figurines from the places they visit. Their favorite room is the kitchen. The selected interior design solutions allow to use of space more rationaly.

The couple wanted to keep the original colors and the ceiling beams. They wanted the house to look like a modern chalet. To combine the two styles, the designer chose to pair oak parquet with a smooth concrete floor.

The couple don’t have children yet, but they love spending time in the kitchen after work. They cook dinner and have a glass of wine and talk about their daily life. The entire kitchen is designed in light colors that are pleasing to the eye.

Design: Hadas Gal
3D renders : Point of View 360

4. Modern kitchen design in monochrome colors

When our 3D visualization company received the brief, the condition was clearly stated by the customer, which was that the kitchen should be modern and in monochrome colors. Most of the design of the kitchen is done in gray color, which creates an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. To add brightness to the room, our artist made the table top and island white.

As a result, together with the designer, we created a perfect, smooth and clean kitchen design. Everything about this space is light and simple, which is what makes this kitchen so appealing. The marble of the floor is a few shades darker than the colors of the kitchen and harmonizes well with the light tones. To add accents to the design of the kitchen, we decided to add orange velvet chairs.

Design: David Colins architects
3D renders : Point of View 360

5. Modern Eclectic

These are visualizations of a kitchen with a warm and pleasant atmosphere that invites sharing and cooking together. The overall idea of the kitchen is to combine modern, rustic and industrial elements to create an eclectic look.

With the help of visualization, we filled the kitchen with textured materials, with the added effect of playful and modern lamps. The design of the open island is in the loft style, which makes the interior even more diverse. Its functionality gives free access to all accessories at once, which makes it similar to professional kitchens.

Design: Nataly Levon
3D renders : Point of View 360

6. Stylish kitchen in modern Provence style

A small kitchen can be not only beautiful, but comfortable and functional. It is planned to have a lot of storage space for various things. Designer Nadine Cohen gave this kitchen a touch of Provence style. She used the features of this style, but modernized it significantly by using modern materials. She added shiny brass handles for an exclusive look. Our visualization had several important tasks. First, to show how different materials are combined and create the right mood. The second task is a little more difficult. Nadine’s customers is 60 years old couple. The head of the family, Moshe, is disabled, so it was decided that the height of the island would be the same as the height of the table. This was done so that the head of the family could have free access to it in a wheelchair if he wants to watch TV or chat with his family over dinner in the kitchen.

Intro

The clients are an elderly couple in their 50s with two teenage children. They decided to build a house on the hills of Mevaseret Zion, where they spent their childhood. They worked and studied in Europe, she is a doctor, he is a financier.

They worked in international organizations. Managed to live in Asia, Europe and Africa. It was during their travels that they learned to love and appreciate a multicultural lifestyle filled with a mixture of memories and encounters from the places they visited and where they lived. The home they asked to design to reflect their lifestyle: eclectic, rugged, authentic and warm at the same time. It is a welcoming and lively place where parties and dinners are held and stories are told.

This visualization is the result of joint creativity. Nathalie set the tone and general idea by talking about the family and their preferences. Together we created a bunch of moodboards on Pinterest to set ourselves with the right mood. After brainstorming, we crated the concept for the future interior design. And voilà! Work with 3D models, choosing angles, lighting tests, adjustments and color correction began.

A month of work and here is the result of our collaboration!
