Client: TERASSA Outdoor Design
Designers: Tal Bomer and Nitzan Linton

Entrance Area

Our design concept combines elements of classic American style with contemporary modernism. We incorporated classic decorative elements such as cornices and moldings, adding a unique touch of elegance and luxury to the interior. Special attention was given to natural and eco-friendly materials, which not only enhance the property’s status but also align with the ethical and cultural preferences of our audience. The furniture was selected from premium modern collections to ensure comfort and functionality while maintaining a high level of aesthetics.

The Central Pergola

The central pergola is the heart of the project, a place for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. We paid special attention to visualizing spacious seating areas facing the stunning landscape. Every detail, including the stylish bar with a mountain view and the cozy dining area, was meticulously designed by the designers to create an atmosphere of privacy and joy for the entire family. We were delighted to bring their vision to life.

The Pool

The spacious pool, with its wide steps and comfortable relaxation areas, has become the focal point of this project. The design team planned special curtains to ensure privacy, allowing women to enjoy the water in peace. The colorful accents of the flowers and the jacuzzi on a specially elevated platform nearby create a sense of luxury and complete relaxation.

Dining Area

This pool, which both divides and connects the various areas of the project, leads guests to the dining area, where everything has been designed for perfect outdoor meals. A spacious outdoor kitchen and a dynamic Roman pergola add a touch of refinement and elegance to the project.

Decorative Pond

This project includes unique water elements that connect the various areas. One of the central features is a decorative pond with a transparent glass wall, allowing a view of the underwater life. This element, accompanied by a stone waterfall and cozy wooden terraces, has become a true ornament of the project and a source of tranquility and calm.

האזור בין הבתים

In the unique space between the houses, the central water element, a charming three-stone fountain, has become a focal point that brings vibrant energy to the area. Our design team put great thought into crafting this space to reflect the lively energy of water gently flowing over the stones. This oasis of harmony and tranquility is where nature and design seamlessly blend together. Our experts made every effort to present this concept in the best possible way. We used high-quality stone models obtained through photogrammetry to showcase the rocks in the most authentic manner.

Observation Deck

To complete the project, we created a visualization of an elevated observation deck offering a breathtaking view of the entire complex. This deck became the finishing touch, adding even more luxury to the space and providing an opportunity to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape’s beauty.

Introduction

This is the time to discover the new faces of Gadera: the unique approach of the “Gadera on a Stream” imaging project! The new project named “Gadera on a Stream” will be completed, and we are very excited to present the fruits of our labor. The client, Doron Partush Group, approached us with the request to comprehensively solve the marketing sector, with the task of implementing the 3D visualization of interior and exterior design for its new advertising campaign.

At the end of the work, we were left with a feeling of achievement. The partnership with the designer Eldad Mittleman was beneficial and enriching, and the project’s success is definitely much to his credit. We hope to continue and collaborate on future projects!

Interior Design

About interior design Interior designer Eldad Mittleman created this unique concept, which we managed to bring to life through visualization. He developed a vision that combines modernity with the warmth of the village, using bright colors and natural materials that characterize the open and bright space. The result is an inviting and elegant space, which feels innovative and at the same time familiar and comfortable, providing an aesthetic and functional experience to everyone who enters it.

During the development of the visualization, we went through several stages:

  1. Gathering the necessary information and defining the needs.
  2. Integrated work with the designer.
  3. Planning and building the 3D scenes.
  4. Integration of different models: colors, furniture, and accessories. Tests and adjustments to achieve the perfect result.

Architecture

In the process of creating architectural visualization, the first step was modeling, where the three-dimensional model of the building was constructed and designed. Subsequently, in the second stage, corrections and improvements were made according to the needs and comments raised. The lighting test stage was critical to ensure that the light matched the scene and reflected the right atmosphere. Finally, we added human figures to provide scale and illustrate the living and active space around the building, giving a sense of life and dynamism to the visualization.

9 Basic Principles for Successful Visualization

Architectural visualization has long been an integral part of any architectural and design project. Without this, it is impossible to imagine that the project will be approved. The market is large and there are offers for every taste and budget. Do you want to learn how to distinguish mediocre visualization from very good one and not to waste money? We did research for you and came up with 9 important rules. Read our article about it.

Add Depth to the Image

One of the most effective ways to make your model look like a photograph is to have the right camera settings in the scene. Do not neglect the depth of field and use it to quickly achieve expressiveness. This technique can also distract the viewer from the problem area. Elements in the foreground will set the mood, but the somewhat blurred architecture in the background will still look spectacular.

Previous
Next

3D Renders: Point of View 360

There are no perfect items

In nature, you will never see perfectly straight surfaces and edges. Always somewhere there is a deviation, a chip, an unevenness. At first glance, it may seem that this is an insignificant nuance that is not worth wasting time on, but the human eye is very sensitive to this kind of detail and will immediately notice something was wrong.

Therefore, first of all, visualizers intentionally spoil and distort models so that they become closer to our imperfect world. For example, in the interior, the fabric will always have irregularly distributed folds, and the outer elements will be slightly deformed.

Use evening images

Twilight shots always look good. A soft glow gives the whole environment a cozy atmosphere. The main thing here is to carefully arrange all the light sources and observe the real settings of each element. Don’t forget the individual details, like under water lighting, that will take the image to a whole new level.

Poor textures can ruin everything

Poor quality textures and poorly designed materials will ruin even good architecture. Always try to pay more attention to the key elements that immediately catch your eye. This is especially true for glass surfaces, textures of fabrics and other surfaces

3D Renders: Point of View 360

Add more drama

In the fictional world of architectural visualizations, artists try to withstand clear and sunny weather, in which clear contours of the shadows make it possible to further emphasize the shape of the building. But don’t neglect more extreme weather conditions. They can help enhance the atmosphere, add character, and create a more believable picture.

3D Renders  Point of View 360

Let the object “live” for several years

Another effective way to breathe some life into your renders is to use aged textures. Already a year after the construction, snow, rain and the scorching sun will make significant adjustments to the appearance of the building. This does not mean that the object will immediately take on a non-presentation look. On the contrary, such details add more realism, and the customer will no longer have doubts about the concept.

3D Renders: Point of View 360

Make a mess

The harsh truth is that neat interiors are only on the pages of glossy magazines. In life, such concepts collapse on the very first day when the object begins real life. But it can and should be used when working with visualizations. Scatter a few stacks of magazines, drop something “accidentally” on the floor, randomly arrange a set of outdoor furniture in front of the building. It will take you an extra half an hour, but immediately your interior will sparkle with new colors.

3D Renders: Point of View 360

Playing with the air

If you want to create a really beautiful and attractive visualization for the customer, add depth using an aerial perspective. Play with the air in the picture. For example, the dust in the air that sparkles in the light rays, add volume and a realistic look to the image. Even if you just blur the light a little it will add additional volume to the visualization in combination with the objects in front and make them stand out more.

Nature will always help

Many people neglect the well-developed environment, believing that only one favorable angle will be enough for a successful submission of the project. But in the end, everything turns out exactly the opposite. An inexpressive group of random trees in the background or several identical bushes in front of the entrance convey their indistinct mood to the object itself. Professionals advise to devote as much time to the environment in which the object is located as to the processing of the architecture itself. Otherwise, all the hard work will eventually go down the drain.

When it comes to interior visualization, one of the most important considerations is the cost. The cost of the service can vary widely depending on a number of factors, such as the size of the space, the level of detail and the complexity of the design. But how should the cost be calculated?

One popular method is to calculate the price based on square footage. This method has several advantages over other methods of pricing, such as calculating the price based on individual projections.

One of the main advantages of calculating the price by square footage is that it provides a more accurate estimate of the cost. By knowing the total square footage of the space, it is easier to estimate the amount of work required and therefore the cost of the service. In contrast, calculating the price based on individual projections can lead to unexpected additional costs, as it is difficult to estimate the amount of work required for each individual aspect of the design.

Another advantage of calculating the price by square footage is that it is more transparent. The cost of the service is based on a measurable and verifiable unit (square footage) rather than subjective projections. This makes it easier for clients to understand the cost of the service and to compare it with other options.

Calculating the price by square footage is also considered to be more fair. It is based on the amount of work required, rather than individual projections, which can be subject to interpretation and may vary depending on the designer. This ensures that clients are not overcharged for the service.

Furthermore, calculating the price by square footage is a simple way of pricing, and it makes it easy for clients to understand the cost of the service. It also allows clients to customize their project within their budget, as they know the cost of each square foot of the interior.

In conclusion, calculating the price for visualization of the interior in square meters is a more effective and efficient way of pricing, as it provides a clear, fair and accurate cost estimate for the service. It allows clients to better plan their budget and to customize their project within their budget.

Real Estate Visualization. 5 ways to stand out from the competition.

Real estate marketing materials are the best basis for making the first contact with a new client and developing relationships with existing clients. Attractive real estate illustrations create a competitive advantage – and this is vital in a highly competitive real estate market.

Attracted by the opportunity for high earnings, new players are entering the market, seeking to cut the share of other players. To succeed, they use increasingly sophisticated methods to attract new customers. They create a powerful online presence and launch successful ad campaigns that make classic marketing tactics look dated.

Adherence to conservative approaches leads to market leaders giving way to ambitious newcomers. In order to close more deals, the real estate agent may try to increase the coverage of existing materials. However, the number of attracted customers does not live up to expectations. So, in order to maintain growth, the agent must constantly invest more and more in promotion.

Can real estate professionals escape the vicious circle? Of course: changing tactics and learning to stand out from the competition. The key to making your offerings stand out is getting innovative, high-quality marketing materials. As a 3D visualization company, we know how to take your images to the next level and make your offerings stand out. Let’s take a look at 5 ways to get customers to call you after viewing ads or clicking through to your site.

Use interior visualizations in your ads

While a potential client is looking for factual information about your project , it ‘s the eye – catching image that makes them click on your ad . And if he likes what he sees, the viewer will read on. Hence the need for unusual illustrations.

What is valuable in visualizations is that you can get selling real estate marketing materials without leaving your office, and today this is more relevant than ever. 3D renderings show the interior and exterior with photorealistic quality, turning it into a beautiful story. A 3D visualization specialist will find the perfect lighting, add any decor you like, and create a stunning image that will attract many visitors.

In terms of appearance, the benefits of 3D graphics are even more noticeable. The 3D artist can choose the season that best suits the living space. No weather conditions will interfere with the creation of the most successful shots. Targeting local buyers? Consider using bird’s eye views: locals are known to pay a lot of attention to their neighborhoods, and aerial renderings will effectively demonstrate this.

Use VR

VR provide a 360-degree view of the interior, often with open doorways to other rooms. When used for real estate marketing, they immerse a person in a cozy home and provide a complete understanding of the interior.

All the benefits of still 3D renders apply to 3D panoramas as well. The ability of the 3D artist to fully control the lighting is even more important because it can be a challenge for the 360° camera to capture light and shadow correctly. What’s more, any resolution is possible because no physical matrix is needed for rendering. And if the scene is already built to render a different architecture, most of the work has already been done, so the real estate business owner only pays for the 360° image rendering.

Drag image to see virual tour

Use 3D Animation for Social Media

Like a virtual reality panorama, the video provides a sense of presence comparable to actually visiting a residential unit. And it can be more than just looking around: the camera can move around the room so that the viewer understands the space and proportions. In addition, videos can serve as an extremely powerful marketing tool for real estate agents who bring in clients from social media.

When creating architectural animation, the 3D artist is in complete control of the scene. The specialist can set up the camera, lighting and materials, use any views and add any accessories available from the studio’s model library. As a result, 3D animation can demonstrate the benefits of a residential building even more effectively than video footage.

Use Virtual Staging for all your marketing images

Your real estate marketing materials can show the potential of a home. After all, customers are not looking for someone else’s home, but the opportunity to create an ideal space for themselves. A few simple steps, like adding furniture to an empty room or a beautiful outdoor garden, will open their eyes to what they can get. And this is where virtual staging can help you.

5 signs that you need 3D visualization for your project

Get floor plans for ads and websites

Floor plans help build a more complete picture of a property. The viewer can quickly assess the layout, as well as the dimensions and proportions, and see what uses each functional area has. Providing floor plans dispels doubts, thereby increasing the confidence of clients in contacting a realtor.

But to stand out, you need more valuable real estate marketing materials. What if you could not only show the layout of the property, but also give an overview of each room? That’s what a 3D floor plan is for. Do your best for your viewers and you will always have a lot of customers.

Before After

Real estate marketing materials are like salespeople who work for your business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Therefore, hiring good employees is critical. And with such high competition, you need to make sure that they are really the best. Use our Point Of View 360 rendering service to take your visuals to the next level and turn them into powerful assets.

3D tour technology appeared relatively long ago and managed to gain immense popularity. This is a truly powerful tool in demonstrating various objects and making presentations. This technology is widely used by various types of enterprises, from commercial advertising of manufactured products to medical applications.

The use of 3D tour technology in real estate is especially popular. With its help, not only presentations of houses, with their interior or exterior are created, but also demonstrations of entire cottage settlements are held.

Representation of objects in the form of a 3D model greatly facilitates the process of perception. The ability to rotate, reduce or, on the contrary, enlarge an object allows you to see the house in as much detail as possible from different angles.

In addition, you can view the layout of the house, the design of the rooms and many other details that are of interest to you. Separately, it is worth noting the navigation capabilities: thanks to them, moving between scenes and objects is as easy and smooth as possible.

In addition to all of the above, it is also necessary to mention the ease of perception of the 3D model. A beautiful and bright image of a house looks much more attractive than a demonstration of a drawing made on paper. Especially considering that it is rather problematic to understand a professional drawing without any special knowledge.

Extensive 3D modeling capabilities allow you to accompany the tour with various special effects, animation and sound in order to view the tour using virtual and augmented reality. In other words, summarizing all of the above, thanks to this technology, the customer, long before the completion of construction, can take a tour of his future home, get acquainted with all the details and see everything he needs.

The use of 3D modeling in real estate is becoming more and more widespread every year, especially since a high-quality and well-designed 3D tour increases the implementation of constructed buildings by several times.

There are three ways to use virtual 3D tours – you can post them on websites, apps, and Facebook.

In a website

The client can upload a 3D virtual tour on his website as:

– an additional page;

– a part of the current page with the #iframe tag.

In mobile apps

There are plenty of apps that support 360 panoramas. Using your smartphone or tablet, you can upload one or more panoramic 3D renders to show how the rooms would look in real life. Applications use the device’s accelerometer, so the view changes accordingly when you move or tilt the device. Some of the most popular apps are Vieweet 360 and P360, available for iOS and Android.

Usage of 3D virtual tours in Facebook posts, groups, or promotional posts

You can add a 3D panoramic image to your Facebook post so your followers can view the 360-degree panorama right on your wine.

Virtual computer tours show future homes in photorealistic quality. Placed on websites, they present properties 24/7 and attract more potential customers to listings. In addition, 3D tours are interactive. They allow people to view every aspect of the space for as long as they want and return to them as many times.

There is a large selection of virtual reality glasses on the market; for some of them, for example, Oculus Rift, their version of a virtual tour is created in programs like Unreal Engine. This page presents the most popular types of 3D virtual tours; they can be easily freely viewed in Google Cardboard glasses or similar inexpensive models. If you need a special tour compatible with your glasses model, let us know, and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

To create a virtual tour for you, 3D artists need floor plans, facades, furniture arrangements, lighting schemes, a selection of furniture and finishing materials, and background images. In addition, in each tour, there are hotspots – indicators that help viewers navigate in virtual rooms. So, in your project brief, you should specify how many hotspots you want on your tour and where you want to place them.

The cost of a virtual tour depends on the specifics of a particular project. For an accurate estimate, please contact us via contact form or WhatsApp.
